Our online store at palletrackingwales.shop (opens in a new tab) is now open. It is the quickest way to buy standard items that do not need a survey: extension bays, replacement beams, shelving, rack protection and warehouse equipment.
The store carries the same racking and safety ranges we specify on site, so components ordered online are compatible with installations we have built. Delivery details and lead times are shown on each product page, and our team can still answer questions by phone or email before you order.
Many of the calls we receive are for a single item: one more bay to match an existing run, a set of column guards after an inspection, a sack truck or a set of warehouse steps. Those orders do not need a site visit, and the store lets you order them directly at any time.

- Safety and premises: barriers, bollards, column protectors and signage.

- Workshop and environment: workbenches, spill control and matting.

When to call instead.
Buy from the store when you know exactly what you need. Call us, or book a free site survey, when the answer depends on your building or your existing racking. Adding beams to racking from a different manufacturer, changing beam levels, or adding bays to a run with no load notice all need a check first, because components from different manufacturers are not interchangeable.
