The terms for using this website. Quotations, orders and work on site are covered by the written terms issued with every quotation.

About these terms.
These terms govern your use of this website. The website is operated by Pallet Racking Services Wales, Gwauniarll, Seven Sisters, Neath, South Wales, SA10 9EW. You can contact us at sales@palletrackingwales.co.uk or on 07814 627770.
By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only. They are not the terms on which we supply goods or carry out work.
Quotations, orders and work on site.
Every quotation we issue carries its own written terms and conditions of sale, which set out what is included, prices, payment, delivery, installation, warranties and liability. Those terms, and not these website terms, govern any order you place with us. If there is any conflict between the two, the terms attached to your quotation or order acknowledgement apply.
Our full trading terms and conditions of sale are available on request and are issued with every quotation.
Purchases made through our online store at palletrackingwales.shop (opens in a new tab) are governed by the terms published on that store.
Information on this website.
We write the content on this website carefully, but it is general information to help you understand storage systems and the decisions involved. It is not a design, a specification, a quotation or professional advice for your site.
- Prices and price bands shown on the website are indicative and for budgeting only. A firm price is given only in a written quotation following a survey or confirmed specification.
- Specifications, dimensions, capacities and lead times describe typical products and may change. The figures that apply to your project are those in your quotation and the manufacturer's design data.
- Guides about regulations and approvals are general information, not legal advice. Safety-critical values such as load ratings, damage limits and fire resistance periods must come from the manufacturer, a qualified inspector, a structural engineer or building control for your site.
- Case studies describe past projects. Results depend on each building and operation and are not a promise of the same outcome.
Using the site.
You may use the website for lawful purposes and download or print pages and resources for your own business use. You must not:
- Use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system, or introduce viruses or other harmful material.
- Send unsolicited advertising through our forms, or submit information that is false or belongs to someone else without their permission.
- Copy, reproduce or republish content from the website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Intellectual property.
The content of this website, including text, photographs, drawings, diagrams and downloadable resources, belongs to Pallet Racking Services Wales or is used with permission. Manufacturer names, accreditation marks and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify products and credentials, not to suggest endorsement beyond what is stated.
Links to other websites.
Where the website links to other sites, such as manufacturers, regulators or our online store, those links are for your information. We have no control over the content of other sites and are not responsible for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
Availability.
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.
Our liability.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on any content on it, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. In particular, we are not liable for loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, business interruption, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
Our liability for goods supplied and work carried out is set out in the terms attached to your quotation or order.
Privacy and cookies.
How we use personal data you give us through the website is explained in the privacy policy. The cookies and storage we use, and how to change your choice, are explained in the cookie policy.

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page applies when you use the website. These terms were last updated on 1 October 2026.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
